How does CarrierDesk work?
CarrierDesk is a web portal designed to provide efficient communication between shippers and carriers. Through a single, intuitive interface, shippers will communicate load tendering information to carriers via the CarrierDesk portal. This interface can be XML, EDI, or flat file, and can be communicated via either web services or FTP. Carriers will then communicate acceptance and status information back to the shipper via CarrierDesk.
